The Second Annual Conference "Writing for the Computer Industry," Saturday, June 15, 1985, will be a practical working conference to meet the writing needs of

• writers, editors, designers, consultants, publications managers, and publishers in the computer industry;

• teachers of technical communication in colleges and universities.

The conference will be held on the campus of Plymouth State College in the lakes and mountains region of New Hampshire, two hours drive north of Boston.

While much material presented at the conference will be of perennial interest, the emphasis will be on material developed in the past year, especially in presentations that discuss new and promising practices, the future of the profession, and ways that communicators
