Subscription Form

All subscriptions to COMPUTERS and COMPOSITION are handled on an academic, calendar-year basis (no matter when you join us during the academic year--beginning in September and ending in August--we mail you all three issues).

If you wish to receive the issues we plan for this year, fill in the form below; and mail the entire form, along with a check, to us. Please pass along a copy of this order form to any of your colleagues who are not subscribers.

		is issued by an institution or organization).

	Personal subscription $58.00 / year (personal check, money
